Introducing Learners to Robotics and Coding in Humansdorp

Awarenet’s Robotics and Coding Team recently partnered with Ikamva Youth Eastern Cape to engage with learners from Mzingisi Primary School, Vukani and Masisebenze schools in Humansdorp.

The engagements provided learners with an opportunity to explore the world of Robotics and Coding through practical and interactive activities. The sessions were designed to introduce learners to technology in an accessible and engaging way, while encouraging curiosity, creativity and problem-solving.

Alongside learning about Robotics and Coding, learners were also introduced to the educational and career opportunities available within technology and STEM-related fields. The sessions highlighted the importance of developing digital and technical skills and how these skills can support further learning and future career opportunities in an increasingly technology-driven world.

Through these engagements, Awarenet and Ikamva Youth Eastern Cape aim to encourage young learners to engage confidently with technology and recognise their potential to develop skills that can contribute to their future opportunities.
