awarenet learners have started writing their own lyrics about peace, awareness and their dreams and believes as part of the Peace Concert Project on awarenet. Here, you can see learners from Mary Waters High School.
The project participants usually meet twice a week. They use the meetings to discuss what peace means to them and work together on their online project, in which they document what they have done and experienced. Now, they have started to write their own lyrics with the help of Zukani Budaza, a professional HipHop artist and Lunga Heleni, a professional sound engineer. We are looking forward to their ideas, which we will publish, soon!
