Antje Hering, our new Weltwärts volunteer, organised a benefit concert to finance her stay in South Africa. It was a wonderful evening! She played accordion with the Klezmer-Band “Chalijastre” (see photo, Antje in the middle) and presented a few projects of the VSA/awarenet (with awarenet learners from CM Vellem HPS during the drama project with Rosa Brandt). Also, the acoustic band “Jugendstil” played their own songs. Altogether, 524,81€ were donated for her voluntary service in Grahamstown. Wow! Congratulations!
