Kicking off 2020, we once again extended our educational program by establishing a new core group with grade 8 learners from the local high schools Mrwetyana, Nombulelo and Khutliso Daniels. Local school goes online!

Primary school Archie Mbolekwa goes online due to intervention from awarenet! Learners and teachers can now finally access the internet in the school’s well-maintained computer lab, which consists of 16 computers.

Renewed support for awarenet from HCI Foundation!

awarenet has for the third consecutive year received a grant from the HCI Foundation, the corporate social responsibility arm of Hosken Consolidated Investments Limited which main shareholder is the South African Clothing and Textile Workers Union.
